Discussing research conducted by the University of Toronto Building Tall Research Group examining the City's Planning and Development approvals system. We will be discussing opportunities to improve the current approvals system.

The procurement process related to the evaluation of the RFP on the End to End Review of the Development Review Process (No. 9101-17-7335). The RFP has now been closed and awarded to KPMG.

Discussions with the City of Toronto - Water Division regarding Groundwater Discharge including both 1. Transition Provision and 2. Long-Term Policy Solution.

Discussions with City staff regarding mid-rise buildings, including wood-frame construction, safety provisions and performance standards.

Engaging in discussions regarding Accessible Housing Opportunities through consultation with private residential building industry.

RESCON has been involved in the commissioning of a report to evaluate Toronto's parking requirements by the RCCAO. The report was released on June 13th and RESCON will be joining RCCAO at some meetings with City officials on the report's recommendations.

The Residential Construction Council of Ontario (RESCON) will be discussing proposed lane-way restrictions for construction projects with City Officals.

Discussions with City staff (MLS) regarding possible changes to the Noise Bylaw.

Promoting Affordable Housing Opportunities through partnerships with private residential building industry.

Speaking with City officials about opportunities to improve and streamline the current development approvals system.
