Ensure that the Service and Exit Agreements offered to HSA housing co-operative supports the long-term success of these communities.

Encouraging the City to take actions to support the development of permanently affordable non-profit housing co-ops by expanding existing affordable housing development programs and making it easier to build affordable housing in the City.

Encourage the City to introduce a property tax exemption for non-profit and co-operative housing providers that is inclusive of all non-profit housing co-operatives. Work with the City to identify solutions for households receiving Ontario Trillium Benefit
