Discussions with Councillors, Mayor and city staff regarding the structure and availability of, and any potential limitations on, vehicle-for-hire and private transportation company driver’s licenses, including related city studies, reports, or bylaws.

To open discussions with relevant officials and Councillors to discuss the parameters of an appropriate transportation regulatory regime in order to effectively manage, encourage and monitor ride-sharing within the broader sharing economy.

Lyft is committed to making cities more livable through initiatives that bridge transportation gaps, and by promoting transportation equity via shared rides, bikeshare systems, electric scooters, and public transit partnerships.
