To amend the City's Action Plan to Confront Anti-Black Racism to include actual action and not performative/adminstrative objectives. This is achieved through an "ABR Harm, Accountability & Repair" Policy plus minimum Black SMB Procurement targets.

Lobbying the City of Toronto to adopt and implement a by-law and policies and procedures that ensure City Planners MUST conduct a "Racial Impact Study" and "Affordable Housing Needs Assessment" before approving all & any new condo/housing developments.
